Alistair Darling: Former PM Gordon Brown pays tribute

Former prime minister Gordon Brown has paid tribute to Alistair Darling, saying "in times of crisis he was the person you would want in the room".

Lord Darling, who served as chancellor under then prime minister Mr Brown, died at the age of 70 after a short stay in hospital.
