Afghanistan floods: At least 150 dead after heavy rains

The World Food Programme says more than 300 people have been killed by flash flooding in Afghanistan's northern province of Baghlan. Thousands of homes and houses have also been destroyed. Emergency personnel are searching for survivors in the province of Baghlan.
