Zombie knife ban: Is it too little, too late?

The home secretary has defended a delay in bringing in a new law aimed at toughening up a ban on zombie knives.

The measures were first announced five months ago but it was only this week the legislation was put to parliament, and it will not come into force until September.

James Cleverly says he acted immediately on the issue when he became home secretary - but Labour and anti-knife campaigners say it is too little, too late.
