The killing of at least 50 people by Russian missiles at a train station in the Donbas region amounts to a war crime, according to Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The Ukrainian president claims the attack clearly targeted civilians.
Around 4,000 people were thought to be at the station when it was hit.
Zelenskyy has called for a tough global response.
