The Uttar Pradesh government is aiming to light nine lakh diyas (earthen lamps) along the Saryu riverbank in Ayodhya today as part of the grand Deepotsav festival. The government says this will be a new world record. The fifth year of festivities in Ayodhya is being attended by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. NDTV's Alok Pandey has more from Ayodhya.
