The civil war in Yemen has led to one of the world's worst humanitarian crises. The internationally-recognized government backed by the military might of a Saudi-led coalition controls the air but not the capital, Sana'a. There, a "government" led by the Houthi militia, itself supported by Iran manages the misery and allegedly carries out acts of impunity. Tim Sebastian asks Hisham Sharaf the Houthi-backed "foreign minster" why Houthi forces won't stop the killing.
