Ukraine is comparing Russia to the so-called Islamic State, after two horrific videos were posted to Russian social media.

While Global News has not independently verified the videos, one of them appears to show Russian soldiers beheading a Ukrainian prisoner of war.

As Crystal Goomansingh reports, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says the atrocities are part of a grim pattern the world can't ignore.
