Will the new government build on the green belt to meet its housing pledge?

The levelling up minister has told Sky News the government will build new homes on brownfield sites before using green belt land.

Jim McMahon said some land classified as green belt was grey belt, and could be used to meet Labour's pledge to build 1.5 million new homes.
