The Ukrainian prosecutor general's office says it has recorded more 65,000 alleged war crimes and crimes of aggression since Russia launched its invasion of Ukraine 11 months ago. Beth Van Schaak, the U.S. ambassador-at-large for Global Criminal Justice, joined Power & Politics Monday to discuss the prospect of holding Russian President Vladimir Putin accountable.
