It's been praised as historic, but received by many with caution.
Libya's warring sides have agreed to what the United Nations is calling a permanent ceasefire.
The deal was signed after nearly a decade of conflict - triggered by the downfall of longtime leader Muammar Gaddafi.
Libya's been in turmoil ever since he was removed from power in 2011.
There've been two rival administrations - one in Tripoli - and another in the east in Toubruk.
Both sides praised the deal and promised to abide by it.
But what are the guarantees?
And can it end outside interference in Libya?
