At least 14 suspected human traffickers have been arrested in Pakistan in connection with last week's shipwreck off the coast of Greece. Local media say 300 Pakistanis died in the sinking.
The Greek coastguard has said people on the boat refused help, indicating that they were on their way to Italy.
But the BBC has cast doubt on that account. The British broadcaster says tracking data suggests the vessel was in distress for hours before it sank. Just over 100 people were rescued, but it's thought as many as 750 were on board.
