US Secretary of State Antony Blinken stressed his country's unequivocal support for Israel in statements from Tel Aviv, alongside Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu. From Israel, Blinken will travel to meet with other leaders across the region in the coming days "to keep the conflict from spreading" and to discuss how to convince Hamas to release hostages, starting with King Abdullah and Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas in Jordan.
