US President Donald Trump is heading to Texas, where he will talk about the wall he says he built along the border with Mexico.
He promised to make Mexico itself pay for it - that has not happened.
In fact, only a small amount of new border fence has been constructed.
But Trump has been able to do something else - say supporters and critics - turn Mexico into a tough obstacle for Central Americans trying to get to the US.
