Australian Timothy Lyndsay Shaddock and his dog Bella have been rescued after nearly three months at sea. The pair’s catamaran was spotted last week by a tuna crew 1,200 miles from land in the Pacific Ocean. Cooking and communications equipment knocked out, they had survived on raw fish and rainwater. In thanking the fishing vessel’s crew, Shaddock said he was grateful to be alive and will be returning to Australia to see his family.
