Watch live: The independent Inquiry relating to Afghanistan

Brigadier Keith Eble, Head of Operational Law at the Ministry of Defence (MOD), and Director of National Security Gareth Martin - also of the MOD - are to give evidence today as the Afghanistan Inquiry continues.

The independent inquiry was commissioned by former defence secretary Ben Wallace in December last year and is set to focus on alleged illegal activity by British special forces in the war-torn nation between 2010 and 2013.

The Inquiry is chaired by the Rt. Hon. Lord Justice Haddon-Cave.
