An Air Canada employee and former employee are among the suspects Toronto police have identified in connection with the largest gold heist in Canadian history.

The 2023 heist at Toronto’s Pearson Airport made international headlines last year, after it was reported that 6,600 gold bars valued at over $20 million had been stolen.

Multiple people have been identified in connection with the case – which police now say was an “inside job.”
