Conservative MP Ben Bradley told Jayne Secker that the Prime Minister's list of five priorities came up on the doorstep, but voters raised concerns that levelling up funding had not yet reached their constituency.

Mr Bradley acknowledged the "wheels of government move slowly", but also blamed the "multiple-tiered local government" for delaying decision-making.
