Uttarakhand Glacier Disaster: A massive operation has been on since Sunday night to rescue some 39 people believed to be trapped inside a tunnel after a glacier burst led to flooding. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has invited farmers for talks during his parliament address on Wednesday.
