The US administration is urging Israel to restore Jenin refugee camp's infrastructure, after its two-day assault that killed 12 Palestinians.
The White House says it's critical to rebuild following the damage inflicted on the area.

The Palestinian Authority estimates reconstruction will cost around 15.5 million dollars.
Palestinians have been returning to their home, but many houses are uninhabitable.
