U.S. Supreme Court blocks New York's cap on religious services

In a 5-to-4 vote, the U.S. Supreme Court overnight blocked New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo's effort to slow rising COVID-19 cases with a cap on the number of attendees at religious services in high-risk communities.
