US strikes: Health workers walk out over pay dispute

In the United States, employees from Kaiser Permanente, a health insurance and hospital system that serves over 13 million people, have gone on strike.
Kaiser says it has “robust contingency plans to ensure members receive safe, high-quality care”, but warns there will be delays.
It is the latest in a string of major labour strikes to hit the country.
