Mississippi’s governor has declared a state of emergency in the US state capital Jackson, where residents have no drinking water.
This comes after the water treatment plant failed.
Jackson’s ageing pipes have left the city in crisis for years.
Now, the National Guard has been called in to help distribute clean water.
