Global News declared Joe Biden winner in the battleground state of Michigan on Wednesday, with many of the final ballots coming from Democratic strongholds like Detroit.

On Wednesday, there was unrest at a building in Detroit, Mich., where ballots were being counted. While poll watchers are allowed in the state where vote counting is happening, the facility reached capacity and crowds were riled up by the continued uncertainty in the hotly contested election.
