The U.S. Supreme Court is set to hear arguments Thursday on whether Donald Trump is eligible to run again for president — and the fate of both his candidacy and the 2024 election campaign are at stake.
The novel legal question at the heart of the case, Donald J Trump v Norma Anderson et al, is whether the 14th Amendment to the Constitution prohibits Trump from holding office because of his conduct on Jan. 6, 2021.
Jackson Proskow is outside the high court during the case that could upend Trump's bid to return to the White House.
