US COVID vaccine: Trump blames states for distribution delays

US President Donald Trump is blaming state officials for the slow distribution of COVID-19 vaccines.
Critics say the government lacks a national, coordinated response.
So far about two million shots have been administered - a far cry from Trump's promise of 20 million people inoculated by the year's end.
It comes as a new more infectious variant of the virus has now been identified in two US states.
