Coronavirus Vaccination: Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya has denied reports of vaccine shortage and has accused state governments of making "useless statements ... only to create panic among the people". Mr Mandaviya posted a series of six tweets Wednesday to say states are being informed of vaccine availability in advance and are supposed to plan accordingly. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin had written to PM Modi Tuesday complaining that the state was not being allocated enough vaccines by the Centre. Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren has also complained of a vaccine shortage. Delhi, too, ran out of vaccines on Tuesday. Where does the buck really stop?
