यूं तो पार्टियां चुनाव में लंबे-चौड़े वादे करती ही हैं. कोई बिजली का वादा करता है तो कोई नौकरियों का. कोई सड़कें बनवाने का तो कोई महिलाओं के लिए योजना लाने का. वादे पूरे हो न हो लेकिन घोषणाएं तो होती हैं. उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनाव के पहले चरण के मतदान के लिए अब ज्यादा वक्त नहीं रह गया है. 10 फरवरी को 58 सीटों पर वोट डाले जाएंगे.
