According to the ABP C-Voter survey, BJP gets 40% of votes, Congress gets 36% of votes, Aam Aadmi Party gets 13% of votes and the other parties get 11% of votes in Uttarakhand. The total number of seats are 70. In the month of November, BJP had 36-40 seats whereas according to the survey, on today's date BJP has 33-39 seats. On the other hand, Congress in November had 30-34 seats and now 29-35 number of seats are for Congress. It is a neck-to-neck competition between BJP and Congress.
