UP Agnipath Protests: Fresh Violence Reported In Jaunpur

Agnipath Scheme Protests: At least 260 protesters have been arrested in Uttar Pradesh over the protests against the new recruitment scheme for armed forces, Aginpath. Heavy police presence was reported in Jaunpur district today after protesters blocked roads and targeted private vehicle amid the protests. A government bus was also set on fire amid the protests.
