Secretary General's annual report covers the period from January through to December 2023.
The report highlights children in occupied Palestinian territories, Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Russia.
Defense for Children report says Israeli forces and settlers killed 44 Palestinian children in 2022.
