Russia has launched a fresh barrage of missile strikes into the Kyiv region, as the apparent Russian targeting of Ukrainian energy networks continues.

Other missiles hit apartment buildings and industrial sites, but Russia seems mainly intent on knocking out the power and heat of Ukraine as winter approaches.
