Russia is intensifing its attacks on energy infrastructure across Ukraine. Since late March, missile strikes have left some of the country’s major power plants in ruins – and Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko asks all Ukrainians to be prepared for even more power outages in the coming weeks. Meanwhile, electricians and engineers risk their lives to repair some of the worst technical destruction.
