'The front lines are moving so very fast - the Ukrainian soldiers clearly taking back huge swathes of Kherson region' Sky News correspondent Alex Rossi has said.

Russia's defence ministry says it has completed the withdrawal of troops and equipment from the western bank of the Dnipro River in Ukraine's Kherson region, the Russian state-owned TASS news agency is reporting.

In a daily briefing referenced by Russian news agencies, the ministry said all forces and hardware had been transferred to the eastern bank.
