Retired Air Vice-Marshal Sean Bell looks at what Russia's victory in Soledar could mean for the rest of the war in Ukraine.

Moscow claims it has finally taken the salt-mining town, near Bakhmut, following brutal clashes with the Ukrainian army.

Much of the fighting by the Russian side was carried out by the mercenary Wagner Group, which uses former prison convicts.
