Defence Secretary Ben Wallace says Vladimir Putin can't be "provoked" anymore and NATO can help Ukraine defeat and push back Russia.

Speaking alongside his Romanian counterpart in Constanta, Mr Wallace said the Russian army was "unprepared" with "arrogant and incompetent generals".
