Lloyd Austin has said the US is "making sure Ukraine has what it needs when it needs it".

Asked about the possibility of a Ukrainian offensive by spring, Mr Austin stressed the US will continue to work with Ukraine on the country's "most pressing needs", but there is a "lot to get done."
