A survivor has told Sky News about the horror he witnessed as a missile struck a busy shopping mall in Kremenchuk, saying he is "morally shocked".

Rescuers have found human remains in the rubble as hope of finding anyone alive fades.

Russia admits carrying out the attack, saying it was targeting a depot holding weapons from the US and Europe.
