Russia has released video footage of its navy troops boarding a cargo ship heading for Ukraine.

Moscow said the vessel had ignored warning shots to stop as it sailed across the Black Sea.

Russia pulled out of a UN-brokered deal that allowed Ukraine to ship millions of tons of grain across the Black Sea for sale on world markets.

Since then it has carried out repeated strikes on Ukrainian ports, including Odesa, and has treated all ships as potentially carrying weapons.
