Ukraine War: Russia plans to blow-up major dam, says Ukraine

Air Marshal Edward Stringer explains what is happening on the ground in Kherson as Russia's top general admits his troops are facing difficulties in the region.

This comes amid Ukraine's accusation that Russia is planning to blow-up a major dam, putting more than 80 settlements, including Kherson, in the zone of rapid flooding and causing “a historical disaster.”
