Ukraine war: Russia claims their commander of Black Sea fleet is alive

Russia is claiming the commander of its Black Sea Fleet is alive after Kyiv reported he was killed in a drone strike last week.

Russian state media posted a video allegedly showing Admiral Viktor Sokolov present at the Ministry of Defence Board.
