Russia releases video showing 'killed' commander of Black Sea fleet

The Russian defence ministry has released a video showing a man who appeared to be Admiral Viktor Sokolov attending a virtual meeting chaired by defence minister Sergei Shoigu.

This comes after Ukraine's special forces claimed that they had killed Moscow's top admiral in Crimea in the missile attack on the headquarters of Russia's Black Sea fleet in the port of Sevastopol.
