Ukraine War: 'No sign of Russia scaling back attacks'

Ukrainian officials have accused Russia of ramping up their attacks on cities in northern Ukraine.

Moscow had said it would "cut back" its military offensives on cities such as Kyiv as peace talks began in Istanbul this week.

However, the mayors of Kyiv and Chernihiv said they had seen more attacks over the last 24 hours.
