The General Secretary of NATO Jens Stoltenberg sets out the plan to give more support to Ukraine.

As well as strengthening battle groups from "the Baltic Sea to the Black Sea", NATO will bolster efforts on land, in the air, at sea and on the cyber front line with more ground troops, anti-tank systems, drones and jets to the areas around Ukraine.

He also said they would give "equipment to help Ukraine protect against biological, chemical, radiological and nuclear threats".

Mr Stoltenberg chastised Belarus for acting as an 'accomplice' to Russia, and said Beijing must do more to use it's influence over Russia "to promote peace".
