Ukraine war: NATO begins a radical summit in Madrid

NATO meets for a radical summit in Madrid, as the alliance prepares to welcome two new countries in a huge overhaul.

It was formally confirmed that Sweden and Finland will be invited to join the military organisation as it announced a "new strategic concept".

It also warned Russia that it must "immediately" withdraw from Ukraine, condemning the conflict in the "strongest possible terms".
