Ukraine War: Labour slams 'shameful and shocking' refugee policy

Shadow Home Secretary Yvette Cooper says Ukrainian refugees attempting to enter the UK should only have to go through security checks.

She told Trevor Phillips all other layers of bureaucracy should be axed.

It is understood only around 12,000 Ukrainian refugees of 80,000 applications have so far arrived in the UK.
