Ukraine War: How will Russia and the West react to UK's missile donation?

Defence Secretary Ben Wallace announced that the UK would be sending long-range Storm Shadow missiles to Ukraine, which are powerful enough to punch through reinforced concrete.

Ukraine has long been calling for such weapons, but the US and other countries have been unwilling to supply them in case strikes into Russia lead to escalation.
