Ukraine's President Zelenskyy has called Russian forces 'heartless terrorists' after their 'calculated' missile strike on a shopping centre in Ukraine.

The President said more than 1,000 people were in the mall at the time of the attack - workers are now trying to sift through the rubble but hopes of finding survivors are fading.
