The US Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin announces further military assistance to Ukraine following a meeting of defence ministers and senior military officials in Germany.

He said there was "no time to waste" and the coming weeks were "crucial" for the Ukraine's defence against Russia's invasion.

Mr Austin said Vladimir Putin's threats over a nuclear weapons were a "dangerous rhetoric".
