Three Ukrainian fighter pilots, including one described as a "mega talent", have been killed in a mid -air crash during a training exercise.

Captain Andrew Pilshikov - AKA 'Juice' - who was a very experienced combat pilot, Major Vyacheslav Minka and Major Sergey Prokazin were named as the deceased.

Military analyst Sean Bell discusses how the jets could have collided.
