Ukraine news: Rishi Sunak confirms UK opposition to cluster munitions

President Biden has confirmed that the United States will send controversial cluster bombs to the Ukrainian frontline.

More than 120 countries have banned the use of cluster munitions because of the high proportion of civilian casualties that they can cause.

Rishi Sunak has called reaffirmed the UK's stance against the weapons.
